April's April Journaling Challenge 2012

JOURNALING JOURNALING EVERYWHERE!!!
Greetings Scrappy minions!!

For this month - because it's APRIL - I decided that I'd post two options for the challenge  8)

OPTION #1:  RHYME your journaling. Journal a lot, journal in a spot, journal here and there, journal everywhere (green eggs and ham anyone??)  Okay -mine was cheesy, but it got the job done ;)



OPTION #2:  USE THE FOLLOWING:
peace.
it does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise,
trouble or hard work. it means to be in the midst of those things and still
be calm in your heart. (unknown)

Wow April...totally worth the wait!  I LOVE them both.  I'm terrible at rhymes, but would love to try!  Awesome samples and thanks for the inspiration!

I LOVE both options.  Beautiful LO.  The colors on the 1st one is beautiful so is that photo of the girls and the quote, poem.  Love the masculine look on the second, and that poem is great.  Thanks for thechallenge.

the one with Peace - you'll see that on another of my pages eventually.
I bought a HUGE mug for Steve way back around the time I'd first met him - that's where it came from. 
I'm totally gonna have to scrap the mug too ;)

Here is mine



The journaling reads:
We went to the supermarket and what did we see?
Some produce, the deli and the bakery.
The big walk-in freezer and where they package the roasts,
A lady decorating cakes, which did you like the most?
We tasted some french fries; it really was neat
And cheese slices, donut holes and pineapple sweet.
We learned lots of things at Landis today.
We had lots of fun on our fiels trip, I'd say!

this is not my original poem, I found it a long time ago and jotted it down. 

my journaling is:
"Dear Lord up above
please listen on my behalf
Help my Mother to understand
that cowboys don't take baths!"
