January 2014
« on: January 28, 2014, 12:33:18 pm »

I like to document all the fun stuff I do as well as the 'not so fun' - I believe it's just as important to embrace and process the 'bad' stuff as it is the good. After all, without the bad stuff how do we really know how good the good stuff REALLY is!?
So here's the first page of my Journey into Teal Scrapbook - I just finished it.
For any scrappers who are wondering - here's the supply list:

All paper, letters and quotes are "Note to Self" By Lori Whitlock
Jolees - Nurse (Needle. Bottle and Alcohol wipes stickers)
2 Transparency Frames by: My Mind's Eye "Be Amazing"
Adhesive - Ad Tech Crafters tape - Permanent

This so wonderful! I believe as you do, we gotta scrap the "not so wonderful" stuff too. Kudos to you!

My close friend is also the woman who takes care of my hair... soo when the time came to address the effects of Taxol & Carboplatin (losing my hair) I decided I wanted to be in control and have FUN with it rather than stress. Kathy Warren Milano cut my hair in stages rather than have it all fall out. We attacked it in different ways.. from long, to layered, to shoulder length to pixie to PUNK and then Buzz!
It's proof that a negative situation CAN be turned around and made into a positive one!

Supplies:
papers Bazzill, Prima and Little Yellow Bicycle
Imagination Prokject - Coaster
Prima Flowers
Thickers "Roller Rink"
Scenic Route - Chipboard Heart
Brad - unknown from my stash..
