Our scrapbooking group has done some flocking over the last little while. You can see on our site some of the results of flocking, although the texture of flocking is best seen in person.

Flocking is simply done as you just spread on glue to all of the surface you want covered, and then press the flocking onto the surface. Its much like adding sparkles.
You will notice in the photos that we are using a folded paper. we use that to press down the flocking onto the paper and into the glue.
Flocking gives an interesting touch to letters and embellishments. Its great on teddy bears or flowers...

Not on paper crafts no... but I have repaired more than my fair share of vintage GI JOE doll heads for my husband!!

i have flocked letters just like those in your class Benji.
I don't do it often, or hardly ever.
I am not into the mess of flock or glitter. I just can't seem to get it all cleaned up when I am done. then I find it stuck to other projects.

I don't believe i've ever tried it. I have some of that flower stuff and it looked dumb when I did it.
