Title: Negative image scrap tip
Post by: Janet on March 17, 2012, 05:06:55 pm
Hey...I was cleaning up my space to get ready for the next project.  I had some scraps from the last.  A negative image from the 3 little stars I cut out and some more of that purple glitter paper.  So I put the purple behind the holes of the stars...viola...cool embellishment for another project!

I need to remember that ,I think of it when I cut stuff then forget. But if I made the embellie and just saved it that would work

i use one of my dies for that. the top note from SU makes a great picture frame. I have a half a dozen of them kicking around my stash box. can't seem to throw them out. LOL

It's fun coming up with creative ideas using bits and pieces.  I've used negatives to painted letter or misted shapes.

Nothing better than using up all the little bits and pieces to create your own embellies.
