tallulah:
I was looking at the videos posted by Mellpellmel on Youtube.  Her project was the showcase today for Flying Unicorn and 13 @rts.
I started watching her other videos.  This project was with Kaisercraft, and the challenge was to use ONLY Kraft paper and stencils.
Sounds like fun to me!  Anyone game?

this looks so cool. I don't have a single stencil for papercrafting. I went shopping today on two peas and had two in my shopping cart, but when I went back in the end and narrowed it down to my price range, the stencils were the things that got cut. BOO!! maybe I can make some time tomorrow after work to create my own stencils with the cricut and some scrap paper. HEY THATS AN IDEA!! ;D

That is true Resa!  I've seen some cool ones that have been made with those electronic gizmos.  I don't have one, but I have handcut stencils with my trusty fingertip exacto knife and plastic I got from Joanns in the quilting dept.  I have also used punches to make a stencil.  I have had stencils/masks since Day 1 of scrappin I think - bought all the Fairytale Creations ones, and now they sure come in handy!

Resa:
i hit the craft paint aisle before i left work today. we had some plastic "paint" stencils that should do the trip. 12 different styles in on pack for just a few bucks. I bought some craft paint while i was there and also some MS matte texture. I THINK it is the stuff i have been looking for to add texture to layouts with a stencil. i want to play with it to see if it does what I want it to do. we will see. so now i just need to sit down and try it out.  ;D

Barb:
That is awesome I am going to AC Moore later today so I will get some Kraft paper.
